1. Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE)
The biggest advantage of using volatile carbon dioxide instead of water or organic solvents as the extraction medium and extracting at room temperature is
the integration of extraction, separation, solvent removal, and other processes, which can greatly simplify the operation process and improve production
efficiency.
During the processing, the original flavor and nutritional components of natural products are preserved, which is in line with the current trend of advocating natural food and returning to nature for health.
Mainly used in the spice, food, and pharmaceutical industries (such as traditional Chinese medicine, functional foods, and essential oils, etc.), supercritical extraction methods can demonstrate their unique advantages for substances that are difficult to extract and purify using conventional methods.
2. Simulated Moving Bed (SMB)
It is a chromatographic equipment that can be used for continuous operation such as chromatography, adsorption, ion exchange, gradient elution, etc. Combined with the adsorbent, multiple monomer columns can be combined to achieve efficient, inexpensive, and continuous separation through the “simulated movement” process. 3. Molecular Distillation (MD)

- The separation degree is higher than traditional distillation and ordinary thin film evaporators.
